I am finally reading Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger, which I first talked about back in August, and then acquired for my birfingday in October.
I’m a bit of a squirreler with books and don’t always like to read them straight away, so while it’s taken me a while to get to it, it’s also (so far) worth the wait. The beginning of the book has not been as immediately gripping plot-wise as The Time Traveller’s Wife, but it has its own little charm and intrigue which is making up for that.

Other than that this is the cutest little story about a first edition Darwin that went to auction - from in the loo to in the loot! (My wee pun makes a little more sense now, and I didn’t even plan it that way.)
